		<description>When I first started university, one of my lecturers wrote on the board:

7% = words
38% = tone of voice
55% = physiology (body language)

He was telling us that only 7% of our communication comes from the words we say and 38% from tone of voice. That's 55% your missing out on when your on the phone! 

So good on you for making it work with your husband.</description>
