I work from home as a result of my current employer needing to cut back on the expense of an office. As I search for a new job, my biggest fear is that it will take months before I find something I like. In the meantime, I'm withering away in my home, bored out of my mind. I'm single, with no kids and have a very minimal social life, as I like to consider myself "career-minded". Some days all I want is to wake up and have meaningful work to do and people to interact with. Thanks for your post. If you can't say, "This is a piece of crap!" - you're probably better off working with the huddled masses as an employee in someone's office. On the other hand - if it's a piece of genius - and your boss has a therapist who has diagnosed him with a personaltiy disorder or some other abnormality - STAY AT HOME!
